Please note: We may not be able to offer residential or to the door deliveries to very remote parts of the country or to homes that do not have adequate truck access. In these rare cases, we will offer free shipping to at least the shipping company terminal, and home delivery may have an additional charge. If this is the case, you will be contacted before the items are shipped to discuss your options.
Bunksnstuff.com products can either ship from our distribution warehouse in Kent, Washington, or directly from the manufacturer. Bunksnstuff will contact you via email with the shipping / tracking information when your order ships. Once the items are in your area or before, the freight carrier will contact you directly to arrange your delivery.
Many of our items are in stock and available for our quick ship program. This means that you can receive delivery on many of our items within 7-14 business days. If items are not in stock, you can receive delivery on those items within approximately 2-4 weeks from the day that you order. If an item is back ordered, the timing will be listed in the product description. We will also contact you with that information.You can cancel an order at any time up until the time it ships (except custom orders). Payment by credit card does not occur until the order ships.
As mentioned, free shipping is available on all of our products to anywhere in the contiguous 48 United States. Free shipping is also available to parts of Alaska, if you are able to pick the items up from the freight dock (usually Lynden Transport).We do ship to Hawaii, Canada and other parts of Alaska, but there will be additional charges. If you would like more information or wish to place an order that will ship to these areas, please contact us at 800-355-1997.
As you may expect from a furniture purchase, some of our items are quite large. Our products ship unassembled in boxes and some items may be crated to protect the items. Most of our orders include at least one box that weighs 80-100 pounds. With our basic delivery service, the delivery company will bring the items to your door, or place them in a garage: the delivery is not to a designated room within your home and uncrating or package removal is not included. If you have concerns about the size of the boxes, or would like additional information about our packaging, please contact us.
VERY IMPORTANT: It is our desire that all of our customers receive only the best in quality. Occasionally, products are damaged in the shipping process. PLEASE INSPECT ALL SHIPPING CONTAINERS BEFORE YOU ACCEPT THEM FROM THE FREIGHT COMPANY. If you notice any damage to the Boxes, please note that damage on the shipping document before signing for the acceptance of the items. After signing for acceptance, please then open all boxes and inspect all items. Contact us immediately if you find any damaged items so we can arrange for the shipment of replacement items. Notification must be made within 10 days from the time a order has been received in order to resolve any damaged items.
Available to almost all areas of the country, this is a service where the items are brought to your door. In most cases this is a free service. The items will not be brought into the house, and there is no uncrating or package removal with the Basic service.
This service is available in most areas. It includes a two person inside delivery to the room of choice with packaging removal.This service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for additional details.
Unfortunately, we have indefinitely suspended our Platinum Delivery Service, including any assembly of our items. We are researching Platinum Delivery providers, and we hope to be able to offer this delivery level in the future as long as we can find a company that shares our vision of service to the customer. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions about assembly of our products, please contact a representative for more information.
Additional services are often available including expedited shipping, exact time appointment, after-hours delivery, uncrating, and additional handling. Unless noted differently, additional charges will apply to all of these services. Please understand that most expedited shipping involves air freight that can be expensive and more risky to ship safely.
