Youth Furniture Orders

A credit card authorization is checked at the time of order and the charge is made on the day that the order is shipped.

Baby Furniture

All baby furniture purchases are special order items. A credit card authorization is checked at time of purchase and a 50% charge is made once the item is ordered with the manufacturer. The remaining 50% is charged on the day that the order is shipped.

Bedding, Car Seats & Stroller Orders

Most of our bedding selection are special order items and ship within 1-4 weeks from our warehouse (unless backorder further). A credit card authorization is checked at the time of order. The credit card will be charged once item(s) is/are confirmed in stock with the manufacturer. Most of our Car Seat and Strollers selection is in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days.

Backordered Items

A credit card authorization is checked at the time of order and the charge is made on the day that the order is shipped.

Warranty Information

It is our desire at BunksNStuff.com to provide you with the best in quality and design. If there is any problem with the manufacturing of your product, or if any damage occurs during shipping, we will replace the affected items at no cost to you. See our policy for Receiving Your Shipment for further information regarding damaged items. In addition, all of our products carry a minimum of a one year warranty (some items carry a longer manufacturer’s warranty that is noted in the product description). This warranty covers any damage that occurs due to normal use of the items. If any damages occur due to abnormal use, or if replacement parts are required after the warranty expires, replacement parts (in most cases) will be available for purchase from BunksNStuff.com.

Return Policy

At BunksNStuff.com, we are very careful about the products that we carry and the manufacturers that we deal with. This philosophy seems to work, as returns to our company are extremely rare. However, if you do purchase a product and decide that it is not right for you, it can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the items. To return an item, you must first contact a BunksNStuff.com representative to get instructions. You will be responsible for getting the item back to us. You can either send any items yourself, or we can arrange for our freight carrier to pick the items up from you. Once we receive the items back, we will give you a refund for the total amount of the returned items, minus any cost that we incur getting the items back to us. Please note that custom items may not be returnable.

Cancellations

All baby furniture purchases are special order items. Any cancellations on unshipped items made 7 or more business days from the time of order are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the item has shipped at time of cancellation, buyer is responsible for all shipping fees in addition to the restocking fee.

Car Seats & Crib Mattresses

All car seats and crib mattresses are non-returnable. No exceptions.
